They bought their ticket at a Jackson Pointe Citgo in Green Bay, and their win gave Wisconsin one of its biggest lottery moments. The couple described the result as almost impossible to believe.

Instead of taking annual payments, the Websters chose the lump sum for their half, worth about $225.1 million before taxes. They said they were grateful and planned to share the blessing with family and causes close to them. For a Wisconsin couple, the win instantly turned ordinary plans into generational possibilities.
