#24: Wearing The Wrong Bra Size
A bra that once worked may stop fitting well as the body changes. Bands stretch, cups gap, straps dig in, or the bust sits lower than intended. When support is off, clothes can hang differently, the waist may look less defined, and posture can appear less lifted.

A proper fitting can make a surprising difference. The right bra should feel supportive without pinching, lift without creating spillage, and disappear under clothing. Recheck your size every so often, especially after weight changes. When the foundation fits, tops, dresses, and jackets usually look better too.
